Windows Update -- 524 Error?

I'm attempting to install "Update for Windows Live Photo Gallery (KB 946486)"
and am getting a 524 error. What does this error mean? Thanks!

I'm getting the same error, for the same, did you ever get a answer?

you have to uninstall the version of Windows Live Photo you have first, then
restart pc, then try
