updates reappear after installing successfully

Hi
I have Vista Home and my auto updates works fine except for:
Optional update, Realtek Networking Realtek RTL8101E Family PCI-E Fast
Ethernet NIC ( NDIS 6.0).
Each time I allow it to install it says it has successfully but each time
auto updates alerts me to new updates it is back again as needing to be
updated. This can be as often as every day.
Any ideas?
