Real Player only plays tiny part of video clip

I D/L real player11 . Now I can download my videos without any problems. I am
using dial-up and XP. However when I play the clips only about the first
sentence and half play over and over again.
The videos that do this are from www.beyondbiofeedback.com and use flash
player. I also downloaded a video off of youtube and it plays perfectly.
Both( the one from youtube and the one from beyondbiofeedback.com) of these
video clips are in the flash format . any suggestions?
