Windows Update site?

I'm still on XP, I just reimaged my hard drive to a 2003 image so needing all
updates since then. I click on Windows update and receive a page from
Microsoft stating;

The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the problem.

Find Solutions

Windows Update Newsgroup
For assisted support options:

Microsoft Online Assisted Support (no-cost for Windows Update issues)

I do not have automatic updates enabled, always preferred not to because I
like to know what is getting installed and when. Was the option for a manual
download removed now or is this just a temp error?
