Windows Update Error [Error number: 0xC80003FB]

Hi,
I am running windows 2000 server, I have 2 hard disks in a raid setup, free
hard disk space is 100GB.
When ever I tgry & use the update site I get the above error, I have tried
deleting the contents of the distribution folder with no success.

Any suggestions thank you?
