Windows Update of MS Office Suite not installing

I am able to download but not install 2007 Microsoft Office Suite Service
Pack 1 (SP1)

Download size: 193.9 MB

Update type: Important

Service Pack 1 provides the latest updates to the 2007 Microsoft Office
Suite. This update also applies to Expression Web and Visual Web Developer.

3. This update may fail to install with error 78F.

The workaround is to place the Office 2007 install CD in the CD drive and then go
Microsoft Update and install the Service Pack
