I have problems with the voice-program in the computer.

What has this to do with Windows Update?

This is for Windows update and not for anything to do with some unknown
program.........

You state you have a problem with a voice-program but you haven't provided any information
as to what the voice-program is, what operating system you're using and what the actual
problem is.

Perhaps you'll need to either post to a more relevant Newsgroup for your operating system
or find the forum that provides help and support for the voice program.
