KB920342 Setup Error

Greetings,

I am attempting to update my system to PNRPv2.

I get an error: This KB920342 is for a different hardware platform.

The KB920342 executable is titled WindowsXP-KB920342-x86-ENU, and I am
wondering if the reason is due to my running Windows XP SP2 64-bit OS

Has anyone experienced this? Is there a 64-bit version?

OK, here is the scoop, the Update works ok on any 32-bit OS, so happy
updating. I opened a ticket with Microsoft to have their engineering
team work on a 64-bit update.

Long and the short, there is no 64-bit solution for PNRPv2 Update yet,
but there will be one shortly... hopefully.

Hello Dave,

This is what I got back from the Product Group:

PNRPv2 QFE was not supported for AMD64 bit platform. It was only supported
from x86.

If you can tell us more about the customer impact for AMD64, we might
consider that in future.
