RE: Error Code: 0x80070005 On update
I can't remember exactly how I did it, but I ended up having to do an online
validation of my Windows authenticity. Once completed, then my updates came
with ease. The link below is where I began the linking journey to find the
solution. Once I completed the online validation, I went back to Windows
Update. No problem after that.

RE: Error Code: 0x80070005 On Access
I actually saw this error when attempting to access a folder on a different
computer on our network. No problem a few days ago, so who knows what
changed. I'm increasing IRPStackSize (I think it is) to see if it that old
problem in disguise... So far no luck.

I did install SP3 after taking the above steps....
