Vista Ultimate SLOW to shut-down

Hi,

after the February '08 updates, my Vista Ultimate is very slow to shut-down
or reboot; sometimes have to hard reset. Have tried Restoring to B4 updates
then loading individually and seems to be affected by KB943899 and KB943302.
Any ideas?

Perhaps you could research this problem and then post back with your findings
to help other Vista users -

I have the same problem. It takes two to three HOURS to shut down and it
won't configure updates correctly.
