Windows vista update error 8024402C

yes at 9h44 thursday january 24 i scanned my computer for updates but i
received this error 8024402C i restarted my computer i always did try again i
followed the help topic in help and support wont work does anyone have the
answer???

well the error message is on vista i did the all the help topics i double
checked and rechecked the other updates were fine but why wont this one work?
