Windows pack 2 error code: 0x80072EFE

I wanted to download itunes and I got a message saying that to do this, I
must install windows pack 2 or a later edition. I tried downloading it, bu
then I received another message saying error code 0x80072EFE. I have no idea
what that means so any help would be greatly appreciate it. I don't know much
about computers, but hopefully someone can help.

Download the administrators EXE version and install it rather than using the Windows Update
web site.
