RE: Vista froze at loading screen after 1/8/2008 Automatic updates
I've had the same problem. Tried starting in safe mode (then all other
options) still no luck - windows would not start. Had to restart from the
Vista CD and go back to the last restore point. Now about to turn off for
the night and I see Windows wants to install the updates again. Assume I
will have the same probs so will not do it, but I too am worried. How do I
remove the nag that new updates are ready to install?
