Auto-Update MSXML Program Conflicts (KB936181)

I removed "BOTH" of the security update "MSXML Programs" using the Add or
Remove Programs in the Control Panel. I then did a manual Windows Update
and it
reinstalled the update and resolved the conflict. The Update Shield was
gone.
