0x80242006 error on Update für Windows Server 2003 (KB934238) too

I get error code 0x80242006 on installing Update for Windows Server 2003
(KB934238) german too.

Have installed the .NET 3.0 also.

I am also getting the same error on the same KB update. OS is Windows XP Home
SP2 I have applied all suggestions from MS turned off anti-virus still does
not install. Fails very quickly. No hits in Knowledge base.
