8009001D Error_Write_Fault

Wow ... that's way over my head. Let's start from the beginning.

You then list 12 updates. Are these installed or part of the 13 that
' don't work' ? By ' don't work ' are you saying they will not install ?

The above are Security updates and you are entitled to no-charge support
if the issue you're referring to is getting them installed.

Hopefully, resolving why the Security updates will not install will also
resolve why the other ones will not.
DO NOT even mention any other updates not installing, just the Security
ones, or they will may try to charge you for the Support.
