Outlook Express

When first logging on to Outlook Express I get an error message and loose my
internet connection.Once Outlook is opened I can log on to the web again and
everything is ok.Can anyone help please?

Windows version? That error message would be...? How does your problem
pertain to Windows Update?

This problem has now been solved with the help of TalkTalk technical
assisstance
