Open Windows Update and review your history.
Locate the update/s that have failed to install (you can view further information about
the failed update/s by double-clicking the update )
Then post back. Maybe someone can help further.

|I get told that i have 13 new updates, so i download them all and then
| installed them. After restarting, windows configures the updates before
| entering the log on screen. After this is done and i log on i keep being told
| i still have 13 updates and when i check they are all the same, they keep
| coming back. I have tried this 3 or 4 times but still they appear. I dont get
| any error codes just when i look into the updates and if they where
| successfull or not they say they have failed, this just concerns me as most
| of them are labled important. Please help me fix this as i want my laptop up
| to date.
|
| Thanks for the help.
