Vista Updates show installed but keep saying update

every morning at 3 a.m. i have automatic updates but log shows update has
been installed but it keeps prompting me to install KB936181 security update.
It shows being installed every morning!! what to do about it?

I am having the same problem with many updates but KB95443 wants me to
install and it is already installed, over and over again.
I cannot help you but maybe someone knows what to do. I think , however
that MSFT is so tied up with problems that they cannot respond.

Same problem. Very annoying. On networked situation, Live one care shows all
PCs "at risk" when they are not
