Security updates and you called this in, correct ?
Otherwise, if the updates in question are performance and reliability in
nature than the OEM who manufactured the system is responsible for Support.
If you installed Vista from a Retail copy, then MS will provide Support
for it.
But, if you do not call in, then no one knows there are issues with the
updates, do they ?
