RE: Service Pack 2

I am having a simularproblem. Purchased a net Gateway GT5408 with intel Core
2 Duo Processor with Windows Vista Software. Had many problems with Vista,
had Vista removed from hard drive & purchased a new Windows XP Professional
with service Pack 2. & had it loaded. Now computer has no sound & Media
Player will not work. It was working with Vista.

All sound & media items are gosted, the Device Manager indicates that the
UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Sound is not loaded. Tried to download a
UAA Bus Driver for XP SP2 from internet, still not working.

Anyone have any idea's what the problem might be, or where to get help to
correct it.
