KB934238
Is, or is it not, an important update? I keep getting kicked out from the
install process; about 4-5 times now. Even tried to locate it for a simple
download to my hd and then install it from there ... and could not even do
that.

I read most of the postings herein regarding this and my problem began
earlier today when I did a normal Update process, and it then installed (as I
recall), a couple of updates having to do with Net Framework ... which I know
nothing about but did read herein a couple of comments about.

I have also gone thru the various Validation processes with no problems.
Have both XP Pro and Office 03 ........ and nothing having to do with a
foreign language. As one poster said, I am also a 'redneck' from the good
ole' USofA.

If it ain't important, then I will just 'hide' it on my update record so
that it does not keep popping up.
Thanks

I doubt it applies to your system. Read the associated KB before
installing any updates.
