Updates wont finish downloading

Update got to 99% complete and the connection was lost. Now I cant seem to
continue where I left off to get that last 1% which usually I could. Where
did the 99% of the download (MS Updates) go? How do I get them going again to
get that last 1%? It too forever to download the 99% downloaded; and then to
lose it all just because my dial-up connection quit on me at the last minute
seems a nasty shame!
