Error at Sicherheitsupdate Core Services 4.0 Service (KB936181)

Hi I'm Tim from Germany I have a problem with this update (KB936181) My
computer tells me that a new update is available for me. Than I install the
new update and everything is ok. I shut down my computer and start again.
Everytime he tells me a new update the same I had already succesfully
installed is available. This drive me crazy what can I do??? I don't want to
install this everytime if i shut down my computer. Thanks for your help.
