Driver loading problem

This device is not working prperly because windows cannot load the drivers
requested for this device code 31. New device is a Canon , All-in-one, PIXMA
MX700 series printer, Printer, Fax, Scanor. Can anyone help please

Hello there,

This has nothing to do with windows update and should be posted in the XP
hardware group.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers from the drivers CD or find
an updated driver at Canon the manufacturer. If
not succesfull post your issue in
