RE: Office XP Service Pack 3

I seem to be having the same problem. I downloaded the update you have said
too and now it says update cannot be applied after it's done. Any Idea's?

Having quoted only part of the thread (the original question in fact) - I
have no idea what you mean by, "I downloaded the update you have said too

General answer to the Office 2003 SP3 issues...

Have your Office XP media (CD) in the system when you try to install?
Tried getting the stand-alone installer?

Office XP Service Pack 3 (SP3)

Released way back on 3/30/2004. What I suggest is that you download from
the above link the "OfficeXpSp3-kb832671-fullfile-enu.exe" file and save it
to your desktop. (57.5MB - not 16MB!) Try running it.

(It states, on that page, "OfficeXpSp3-kb832671-fullfile-enu.exe: Download
this file if you do not have access to your installation source...")
