(Vista) Cannot see installed updates

I go into my installed updates panel, and the list is completely empty. Yet I
am sure that I have all the updates installed. Also, I have 2 updates that
fail to install every time, the error codes given are:

Code 80073701

Someone please help me , I don't know what's wrong
