I'm having the same problem with this download and the same error code.
I understand that I don't need it and will turn it off because I do have an
english version of XP media center.
However normally I never have any problems with Windows update, yet on this
one myself and several others are seeing the same issue regardless of whether
we use Custom or automatic.
This indicates to me that there is a BUG in this download the Microsoft
should investagate and fix.
If it is being offered in Critical updates then it should no fail regardless
of which version of XP is intalled including English versions. This download
should be able to determine which version is installed and not offer it as a
download at all if the English version of XP is installed.
After all isn't that what the Search on the update site supposed to do, only
offer downloads that our specific computer needs?
