New digital photo frame

I cannot get my computer to accept the usb device that links the frame to the
computer to download pictures. Any suggestions?

Operating system?
Brand of USB device/digital photo frame?

You really should post to a general newsgroup for your operating
system as this is not a Windows Update problem.

Does your photo frames have two USB ports? if yes can you make sure you are connecting to the mini USB device port of the frame, if your digital photo frame has only one large or standard USB port (host port) then it cannot connect to a PC or any other computer

Did you find an answer because I am having the same problem, working with it
all day...can't believe we are the only ones.
