INSTALLATION FAILURE

Hi!
I have recently re-formatted my hard disk thru re-covery cd provided by the
manufacturer.
Later I have tried to update thru windows update and I am receiving the
below failures.I have no idea how to update the same.
Installation Failure
1) Error Code: 0x8007F0EA : Cumulative Security Update for Internet
Explorer 6 for Windows XP (KB942615)
2) Error Code: 0x : Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1
3) Error Code: 0x80070005 : Security Update for Windows XP (KB911280)

Can anyone help me what is happening and how to update the failed
installation.

Updates are not installed successfully from Windows Update, from Microsoft
Update, or by using Automatic Updates after you repair a Windows XP
installation:
