Windows Update Problem

Hi, I have read numerous articles and threads and cannot resolve an issue I
have. I need to do windows updates, says I have 94 to install and of course
the first update that needs to be installed/updated is KB892130. Well of
course this failed and I researched all on here and tried numerous things, by
downloading the MGADiag program and it still didn't resolve my issue. I am
curious if someone can lead me in the right direction to get these issues
resolved. I was able to install windows defender from a download I had, but
cannot update it as well
