WSUS 3.0 console from PC

I have a fresh install of WSUS 3.0 running on a server and it is working fine
except I can't connect to the management console from PCs. I've installed
the mamangement console on the PCs but when I open it and try to connect to
the server it fails. The server is set for 80 & 443. I've tried both ports
along with 8530 and 8531. I can telnet to the server using either 80 or 443
but not 8530 or 8531. I've also opened up an IE session to the server & can
see the cab files. Thanks for any help.
