SCE Update Problem

I just started using the new System Center Essentials. There are some good
features but the most frusturating thing is dealing with install failures.

When an install fails you get an alert. But what to do next is shaky. I have
two updates that failed to install on one of my Win2003 servers. Both updates
are not important to what the server does.

Question- how can get rid of an update so it does not keep stimulating alerts?
