It's important to note the not all IE6/WinXP users are having this problem.
I suspect that many of them are having issues due to real-time protection
provided by security applications (i.e., anti-virus; anti-spyware) that are
causing 942651 not to install properly.

In your case, Louis (***boylaca), cast your evil gaze upon Norton AntiVirus.

Possibly, if Louis' had had a McAfee application installed, but judging from
his recent threads in certain forums, he's using NAV.
