I have had a windows update failure for over a week now, the above update
cannot be installed. I have tried numerous fixes and followed instructions
but nothing seems to work. I still get the notification and the failure
afterwards. I just tried the Diagnostic Tool as recommended on another forum
and the suggestion that I copy the report to this forum for further
help......so here it is, means nothing to me, but I hope someone wherewhere
