can't get to https sites since latest Secuirty Updates

I have not been able to get to any https sites since the following Windows
Updates:

Security Upadte for Microsoft Windows KB941568
Security Upadte for Microsoft Windows KB941569
Security Upadte for Microsoft Windows KB942624
Security Upadte for Microsoft Windows KB943078

I have have checked all my settings, restored the default settings,
uninstalled the updates and still no go.

It is imoarative that I be able to connect to these websites for work.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I removed KB942615 and that fixed the problem I had like yours, after
installing KB941568, KB941569, KB942615, KB937894, KB942763, KB942840 and
KB944653.

Im not sure if this will help I was having that problem and I think I may
have fixed it files folder ,under file types ,actions .I know how frustrating
that is
