Installing SP1 on Vista 32 multiple failures

Problem installing SP1...

Install KB935509 - failed
Install KB937287 - success
Next 10 attempts to install KB935509 - failed

My log in has administrator privileges. I also tried logged in under the
administrator account. Also failed.

Any suggestions???
