Cannot download Update

my computer will install the download Security Update for Microsoft XML Core
Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (KB936181) but, when it says its downloaded, it
is not. I always get the yellow shield that says I need to reinstall this
update. Could you please give me some help on this?..thanks so much,

Please open Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
Is MSXML 4.0 SP2 (KB936181) listed ?
If YES, go here and read the ' Known issues with this security update '
section: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/936181

If NO, please post back with that information.
