Look in the logs for this error. There is likely to be much more detailed
description of the possible cause of this error. E.g. for me it turned out
to be having WinFx Runtime Beta installed. That was one of several
Beta products which the message said must be uninstalled before the
regular update could be installed but the only one that I had. I uninstalled it
and the update reinstalled normally.
BTW if you download and install the update manually you are likely to see
the messages I referred to above without even having to hunt for them in the
logs.
