Update for Windows Vista (KB942763)

I had tried to install this update thrice but did not succeed. There is an
error code 80070643 on each occasion. However, the latter seems to be
applied to Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007 as shown on the article ID: 903774
of 23 January. I look forward to having any early advice on whether
Microsoft Office XP (2002) is required of such an update. If yes, how to
proceed with?

Can you manually download and install it?
