Web page freezing

When ever I log on to any web site, everthing freezes. I have to hard boot
my computer. My email and msn work fine, it's just the web pages...

i've also had the same problem with numerous web sites freezing, and then not being able to close the window. is this a vista problem? and is it fixable?

I was updated 4-9-08 for XP and have the same problem, my browser locks up
when I try to leave the homepage and have to use task manager to get out of
it. This is really bad, I can't even get any updates or fixes for this
problem, can't get them with Netscape, I've ran every utility I've by Norton
and RegCure to fix any problems on my end but to no avail.

How many thousands of others out there who don't even have a clue about this
or other Microsoft related newsgroups aren't or can't report this problem?
