Error code 80246002 Installing .NET 2.0

Hello,

I've tring to install the .NET2.0 package from windows update. The
installation fails with an error code: 80246002

From watching the progress bar it looks like the problem is in the download
phase.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

Windows version?

What specific .NET Framework 2.0 package (e.g., .NET Framework 2.0 Service
Pack 1)?

Thanks for replying.

The problem has been solved and the install worked properly for me just a
few minutes ago. I didn't make any changes at my end, I think a server needed
a nudge.

To answer your question, I was trying to install the .NET framework 2.0
package.

It was the .NET Framework 2.0
