Unistalling Updates From $HFmig$ Folder

Most of my updates have migrated to the $HFmig$ folder in Windows. Therefore
they are no longer in the Add/Remove programs. If I need to uninstall an
update, can it be done from the migration folder? The subfolder are all
KB........ updates or hor fixes. They contain 'spunist.exe' files for each
individual update.
