RE: Updates for XP Pro fail during installation

I'm having the same problem, I just install a new Motherboard, and CPU. I had
to reinstall XP Pro. And now I cant get any of the updates from automatic, or
manual downloads. in automatic the undates download, but wont install with no
errors. went to manual download and the samething happens, with no history or
errors. Before the Motherboard ungrade I was running XP Home,and upgraded to
Xp Pro, with the problems of getting Windows Updates. I have Mcafee Internet
Security software install, that never cause a problem before. I even unistall
that and the problem is still there. I need help!
