As this is a Symantec "Live Update" message I assumed you had Norton's installed on your
computer. Sorry I made that assumption, you obviously do not have Norton's installed on
your computer so something else is causing the message similar to Nortons.
I do not know why a Norton's message is coming up when you don't have the program
installed. It's not WU related.

| Has nothing to do with Symantec - when the PC trys to do the window's update
| I got the message that "Live Update COM MODULE has encountered a problem and
| needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Then it asks if you want
| to "send error report to MS" or "close" . Eventually it corrected it self
| but it took most of the morning.
