Change of shell32.dll

It looks like shell32.dll file has been modified on my laptop. AVG displays
the change report. In couple of websites I have read it is infact one of the
AVG updates which has changed the file. Due to this problem, my laptop has
become very slow during start up.

Any remedial measure?
In couple of sites I have seen remedial measure suggesting replacing the
file. In that case from where do I copy the file.

Any suggestions would be helpful?
