I am not technically too savvy. I would need explicit step by step
directions on how to do any of the helps given here. What I would prefer
would be an official microsoft techie to walk us through the fix.
On the other hand, if I wait to fix this, is my computer going to have a
problem? What is the disadvantage of not updating for a few weeks until
Microsoft has a solution?
