Internet Explorer unstable....

why do i keep geting this error in internet explorer??? "Internet Explorer
has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience." Every time I click the x button up in the right had corner of
my email, my email I get this same error and my mail close down. Then I have
to log in again... and again... and again!
