fail to install windows updates on W2K

Seeing many thread on this, none seem to work for me. I've already tried
administrative permissions, Registry Senslogon changes. Nothing. After 5.5
hours, Microsoft is even stumped. Any other thoughts? Here is the bottom
part of my WindowUpdatelog. I see the error codes, but nothing seems to work?
