WMS IDLE nad updates?? help please

Hi
For the last couple of weeks when I try to shut my pc down it ALWAYS wants
to do an update and then it shows a box with wms idle, I have to end this
program now and shut down again. Has anybody got any ideas how to stop this
from happening please?

Its sorted know thanks to remco in another thread I found. The problem was
nero
NMBgMonitor, I just uninstalled all of nero and keep using anydvd instead.
